Our Projects in 2025
In 2025, our projects moved through every stage - from design kick-offs and site visits to ribbon cuttings for long-awaited openings.
Here's a look at some project milestones in 2025:
Providing special inspection services for a variety of projects across the Kansas City region.
Watching several park projects come to life, including The Mighty Bike playset in Roeland Park, Aspire Park pavilion in Clinton, TN, and The 8th Street Gateway Park pedestrian loop in Bentonville, AR.
Having the opportunity to work on a number of restaurant projects down the street from our Denver office in the RiNo neighborhood.
Performing forensic assessments for vehicle damage, fire damage, and historic restoration (to name a few).
Many day trips to Bentonville to check out construction progress on a few exciting projects in the area. One of those projects, The Compton Hotel, celebrated its grand opening last month!
Seeing The Helm apartments in the West Bottoms welcome residents after years of design and construction.
Kicking off design for a Habitat for Humanity townhome project in Arvada, CO.
Receiving final photos of custom single-family homes, showcasing our signature structural details in action.
Designing numerous adaptive re-use projects across Kansas City and Denver, breathing new life into historic and underutilized buildings.
2025 was a year full of collaboration, growth, and milestones - for our team and our projects alike. We're grateful for the people, clients, and communities who make our work possible, and we're excited to see what 2026 has in store!
