Corsica Wine Bar
5,000 sqft | Remodel. Our team provided structural design for several elements for the remodel of this stylish new restaurant in Downtown Denver. This included support for new rooftop mechanical equipment, a steel-framed structure for a free-standing glass wall inside the restaurant, and new openings in the building's exterior walls.

My Neighbor Felix
12,000 sqft | Remodel. Apex assisted in the remodel of Landry's Seafood House, transforming it into the stylish My Neighbor Felix restaurant. The redesign involved implementing new framing and reinforcement as needed, as well as new foundations. Our team also worked to solve how to reframe the structure to be able to remove the lighthouse tower element and replace it with a new flat roof and a stunning geodesic skylight dome.

Chalmers Cafe
This cafe located on the University of Kansas's Lawrence campus was cramped, dark, and outdated. Apex provided structural design for the renovation including mobile partition walls that open to enhance the space.
