20,000 sqft | New Construction. Apex Engineers completed the structural engineering for this retail structure with the capacity to house a single-story grocery store and three other tenants.

Christy Sports
Remodel. Apex Engineers provided the structural design for this remodel of Christy Sports. The new design involved cutting out a portion of the roof to allow for more headroom and new second floor retail space. The roof was framed with glulam beams and T&G decking and the second-floor retail space was framed using steel beams, steel bar joists, and a concrete slab over metal deck. We also revised a few window openings and added some new exterior canopies. ​

4,500 sqft | New Construction. Apex did the structural engineering for the UMB Bank - Stateline Branch. Structural elements of this building include three different roof levels, curved beams, over 250 steel members, and a 30-foot sign on the roof.
