In honor of Engineers Week (February 18-24), we sat down with engineers on our team to hear their perspectives on what they find most rewarding about their everyday work and accomplishments.

Catch the highlights:

Daniel Meyer, PE - Project Manager

"My favorite part about my job is getting to go out to existing buildings where the owner or occupants are experiencing problems with the building, and I get to look at the symptoms and try to piece together the puzzle of what the underlying cause of those symptoms and the problem is."

Jhonatan Batraz - Design Engineer

"Engineering to me means having challenging and unique opportunities to work with our clients, no matter how big or small a project might be."

Gaby Liuzza - Project Engineer

"Every day is different, every day you're learning, there's a new challenge ahead of you, and you get to learn together."

Jake LeGrand - Project Engineer

"Being an engineer is more than just crunching numbers. It really does challenge your mind and that's what I really enjoy about it."

This week is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the passion, dedication, and expertise that define our team of engineers at Apex. As we continue to strive to deliver buildable, logical, and efficient structural solutions not just this week, but every week, learn more about our philosophy and team.

And make sure you're following @ApexEngineers on social media to continue the celebration!
