The Details

This position requires and experienced engineer, ready to lead both projects and people.  The role requires significant judgment on both the engineering methods and project delivery.  Most of our Project Managers still get to engineer some of the time, but a lot of the time in this position goes to reviewing the work of others.  Project Managers typically specialize in either commercial or residential projects.


  • Experience with structural analysis and design software

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • Demonstrated leadership skills

  • Construction experience is beneficial but not required

  • Project Management experience, certification or training is essential.

The Basics

Experience:  At least 5 years experience

Education:    Bachelor's in Civil, Structural, or                      Architectural Engineering

Certification: PE in any state
