Design included a 6-foot extension of the first-floor entry lobby with a sleek new vestibule and two-story curtain wall system.

The foundation was spread footing with concrete foundation walls and concrete slab on grade. The second and third floors are of composite steel framing over metal deck. Roof framing is bar joist and metal deck.
