This position provides administrative support to all three Apex offices. You will answer phones, process reports, schedule inspections, prep plans, and communicate with a wide variety of people. At Apex, we rely on our Admin team to take care of all the things that are not structural engineering. This job is perfect for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
