Designing a pool with a lake view… on a very steep lot

The lot for this Loch Lloyd home drops 100 feet from front to back. Yet, the homeowners wanted a pool in the backyard with a view of the lake – sound complicated? Apex designed a 24-foot retaining wall and an egg crate-like steel structure in order to support the swimming pool.

     Apex solved the problem fot this lot in Loch Lloyd with a 100 foot steep grade in the backyard.       An egg crate-like steel structure, designed by Apex, supports the swimming pool.
